Steiner's lectures on the Apocalypse of John are some of the most interesting, as it takes us into the machine room of God. The Apocalypse is written in archetypal symbol language, so it also gives a feeling for the symbols, what are sorely needed in this age.
The Apocalypse describes the curriculum of human development, it's not a prediction! Here I will show a number of extracts from Steiner's lectures on the seven ages we are living through, also about the War of All Against All, as many seems to believe it's now, but it's far out in the future after the seventh age of America. I have also included an intuitive description of the first part of Earth, called Mars.
Steiner describes also the two major powers and personalities behind the development of humankind, who he calls for the Pillars of Strength and Wisdom. A planetary æon is the result of the work of the previous two planetary powers, here the old Sun and the old Moon. They are reflected in the Mars and Mercury æon, respectively. The result is the Pillar of Love. These are the Three Logoi.
The Planet of Love, is the Rosicrucian name for the Earth development, where Steiner calls it for the Cosmos of Love, meaning the solar system and not the whole unlimited universe. The main goal of Earth is to develop Love in our soul.
Here a short description of the seven ages of our time.

In the astral world man perceives the world in pictures, in symbols, in Devachan he perceives it in inspiring music; and in this Devachan is contained the climax, as it were, of what is revealed concerning what follows the great War of All against All.
Thus if we represent it in a diagram, we have our seven ages of civilization in the space between the letters a and b, so that we have the ancient Indian civilization as the first, the ancient Persian as the second, the Assyrian-Babylonian-Chaldean-Egyptian-Jewish, the Graeco-Latin, and our own as the fifth stage of the post-Atlantean epoch.
The figure IV would be the Atlantean epoch, (a) the great flood by which this comes to an end, and (b) the great War of All against All.
Then follows an epoch of seven stages (VI) which is represented by the seven seals, then follows another (VII) also containing seven stages, represented by the seven trumpets. Here again lies the boundary of our physical earth development.
So you see that we have on our earth seven epochs of development.
The first two were absolutely unlike our epoch; the third partly ran its course in a region lying between the present Africa, Asia and Australia, in ancient Lemuria.
In the very last Lemurian race there was again a small group of the most advanced. These were able to emigrate, and from them developed the seven races of the Atlanteans. The last Lemurian race founded the Atlantean races.
The fifth of the Atlantean races founded our civilizations, of which the sixth will found the future civilization after the great War of All against All.
And the very last of those civilizations will have to found that which is indicated by the seven trumpets.
After that, what will happen? Our earth will then have reached the goal of its physical evolution. All the objects and all the beings upon it will then have been transformed.
There are some misunderstandings about this war, as James H. Hindes states in
introduction to Steiner's Reading the Pictures of the Apocalypse (Anthr. Press,
1993), GA 104a:
This great culmination of egotism known as the war of all against all, is to take place at the end of the seventh post-Atlantean epoch, which would place it three to four thousand years from the present. Because of misunderstandings concerning Steiner's statements on the dates for this war, it is important to point out that he did not say this war would occur at the end of the twentieth century. He spoke only of conditions at the end of our century that would be similar to a war of all against all.
And I would add, could be similar, depending on how we handle the situation.

We have said repeatedly that our epoch will end, when the seventh age has passed away, by the War of All against All, but this war must really be pictured quite differently from the way we have been accustomed to think of war.
After the great War of All against All, gradually the evil stream will be led over to good by the good race, by the good stream.
This will be one of the principal tasks after the great War of All against All; to rescue what can be rescued from those who after the great war will only have the impulse to fight one another and to allow the “I” to express itself in the most external egoism.
Such things are always provided for in advance in the spiritual guidance of humanity.
The seven ages of the post-Atlantean period forms as an after-effects of the three-fold Christ-Event through Atlantis. Steiner calls the world-outlook of the Persian world of Zarathustra for Chronology; calls the Egyptian and Chaldean Mysteries for Astrology; calls the Graeco-Roman times for Meteorology and the element of the Hebrew Prophets for geology. Logy should be understood as logos. Each describes the movement of Christ down toward the Earth, where geology leads to the incarnation of Christ in the body of Jesus. The Earth is in its fourth incarnation, before that we had three incarnations called old Saturn, old Sun and old Moon. On old Saturn were the physical created in it's earliest form. Strength was developed from the middle of old Saturn to the middle of the old Sun. On the old Sun were the etheric body added to the physical body. From the middle of the old Sun to the middle of the old Moon was the Wisdom developed needed for creating the Earth.

Our earth evolution depends upon two things. Our earth was preceded by what we call the Cosmos of Wisdom, and that was preceded by what we call the Cosmos of Strength, of Power (certainly the word does not convey much, but we must use it because it has become customary).
Wisdom and strength have been received as a heritage from previous stages of evolution, from the ancient Moon and the ancient Sun.

The Mars æon began in the middle of the old Moon and ended in the middle of Earth, at Golgotha, and the Mercury æon started in the middle of Earth, after Golgotha, and ends in the middle of the new Jupiter.
The first Mars half of our earth is under the Manu we call the First Logos, the Father. The second Mercury half of our earth is under the Manu we know as the Second Logos, the Son. The Father and the Son is the two pillars of the Mars æon, and the Holy Spirit is developing between them. The Second and Third Logos have walked the earth together as hero and teacher since Kali Yuga, and they are known in myths from all over the earth. The Son and the Holy Spirit is the two pillars of the Mercury æon.

We shall see that during our earth evolution this is also expressed by our naming the first half after the representative of the Sun forces, Mars, for we only need note at this point that within our earth evolution we have in Mars that which implanted iron in the earth; in Mars we see the bringer of strength.
And in that which rules the second half of the earth evolution we have the representative of the ancient Moon evolution, Mercury, which embodies in the earth the heritage received from the Moon, wisdom.
Thus the earth evolution consists of two parts, Mars and Mercury. It has received as a heritage two mighty forces.
That which it has inherited from the cosmos of strength is expressed in Mars, and that which it has inherited from the cosmos of wisdom is expressed in Mercury.

The diagram describes the manifestation of the Three Logoi. It both describes the macrocosmic development of the Earth, from Saturn, through the Sun and Moon period until now, but it also describes the development within the seven ages where we are in the fifth. See also The Logos Walks the Earth |
The previous two Logoi or Æons are building the next Æon, preparing the next Logoi. Adam is the Father, Cain the Son and Abel/Seth the Holy Spirit/Lucifer.

These are symbols for the Three Logoi. The First Logos is the Father, Adam, the Second Logos is the Son of God, Cain, who was born with a sister. The Third Logos is the Son of Man, Abel, who was born with two sisters.

The Son of Man is the purified body, the Son of God the purified Soul, and the Father is the purified Spirit.

The writer of the Apocalypse describes the same thing to us when he speaks of the “Son of Man.” He calls the seven communities the “seven stars,” and he saw the “Son of Man” as the spiritualized, purified form of the physical body, not only the etheric body, but the spiritual-physical form of “Man,” the human being, now purified and sanctified.
So this aura gradually withdrew from the man Jesus of Nazareth; Christ became ever more estranged from the Son of Man, Jesus of Nazareth.
Toward the end of His life Jesus of Nazareth was more and more alone, and the Christ became ever more loosely connected with Him.

What other meaning could these words contain: “My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me?” These words give expression to the mystical fact then consummated.
At the moment of Christ's death, the Divine Being had departed from the body, and it is the body of Jesus of Nazareth that utters these words — a body so highly developed that it could voice the reality. And so these words give expression to an event of untold significance.
In the Mars æon the Father is the Manu and the Son permeates the Earth, where the Son is the etheric watery element. At Golgotha the Son becomes the Manu, and the Comforter enters the Earth, where after the Earth became solid. With Golgotha humanity has entered deepest down into to physical world. In the start man was on etheric form, just as he had been on the old Moon.

Let us once more go back to the first portion of the Atlantean epoch, to the time of which we said that the air was still saturated with water.
Man was still organized for a water existence. Only in the middle of Atlantis had he progressed so far that he forsook the water and trod upon solid ground.
Up to the middle of the earth's evolution we must regard water as the vehicle of human evolution, just as afterwards solid earth. It was only comparatively late that the solid earth became the field of human evolution.

It is only half the truth if we speak of the whole of Atlantis as consisting of dry land. In many respects it was not covered, let us say, by the ocean, but by something between air and water, air-saturated with water. And this water-air was the element in which man lived. Only later did he become capable of living in clear air and standing on solid ground.
That was, comparatively speaking, not long ago; so that if we survey the earth's evolution, we may say, expressing it symbolically: On the one hand we have earth and on the other hand water — that is the earlier period.
From the water emanates one of the forces, and from the earth emanates the other force, up to the first half of evolution.
In the middle of the fourth period we speak of the Mars forces, of the forces given by water, so to speak, and we speak of the Mercury forces in the later time when the solid earth gives the supporting forces.
The first part of Earth is a little complicated to understand, it becomes easily very abstract, but I think this explanation by Steiner helps with a more intuitive understanding.

If you could observe man before his body became physical, that is to say, when he was still invisible to physical eyes, when he first descended from the etheric, so to speak, by becoming first an airy, watery structure, then a cartilaginous structure — if you could follow him thus you would see that our earth was also quite different.
In the time before the descent of man there was really no mineral kingdom. The earth only possessed the heritage of the Moon.
The lowest kingdom was the vegetable kingdom, and the earth was much softer. The distribution of the watery and gaseous substances was quite different.
If you had looked at the earth before man had descended from the surrounding atmosphere to the solid ground it would not have appeared to you as the abstract product described in modern geology, etc.; one might say that our earth as a whole was at that time more like an organism.
It was permeated with all kinds of ordered currents, and was more like a living being than it is now.
And man, who existed in that ancient time more as a spiritual etheric being, was not born as he is to-day, but he was, so to say, brought forth out of mother earth herself. It was mother earth herself that produced man, that still spiritually etheric being.
In the Beginning was Sophia, an etheric globe, and life was connected to her through strings where they received their life energy. The life forms on the old Moon was parasitic, and the parasites of earth today are stragglers from the old Moon that haven't moved forward with the rest of the life forms, that haven't made themselves free of the great mother Sophia.
Before man separated from the whole earth, he was a being who was really bound up with the whole earth.
Imagine a body which is soft, and in it hardened parts appear; this will give you a picture of how men were at that time born from mother earth.
They were connected with the earth by all kinds of currents, and remained connected with it. Hence man had an entirely different life; for example, the circulation of the blood, which is now confined within the limits of its skin, extended everywhere into the surrounding earth — it existed in the form of natural forces.
If we wished to draw a picture of what it was like at that time we should have to say: there arose within the earth — not perceptible to physical eyes, but to spiritual vision — a part which was raised and could be distinguished from the rest of the environment; but the forces in it were connected by innumerable threads with the rest of the whole earth. That was the beginning of a physical human being.
There was a time when the human beings were connected in this way by threads with the rest of the earth.
Humankind were children who had to leave the mother to become independent individuals, just as our children has to leave their mothers to become independent adults, to find their full potential. This is the reason why the mother-god went hiding, to let the masculine gods lead humankind down into the physical world. Now we are ready to ascend again, and this is going to be a hard climb, and both man and woman has to work together to raise from the darkness of materiality.
The two pillars of earth is one of the most common symbols from all over the earth. There is a tendency today to believe that the heroes up through time is random people, believing that everybody can be a hero, but the mightiest heroes are the teachers and creators of humankind, in whose footsteps we walk. They create by creating the path we follow, by going through all the trials we have to follow afterward. We believe that God is a magician, that sim sa la bim, and there are a creation, although every experience is that creation is done through trial and error. God create by forming the creation, just like a potter. The two pillars are the right and left hand forming the creation.

And a second time I answered and said to him, "What are these two branches of the olive trees, which are beside the two golden pipes from which the golden oil is poured out?" He said to me, "Do you not know what these are?" I said, "No, my lord." Then he said, "These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth." |
This fits quite accurately into the conception that man is supported in his entire earth mission by two pillars.
They represent two parts of the earth's mission, the two heritages man has received from earlier periods.
And above them is symbolized what is to be attained through the earth itself, namely love, which is there gloriously revealing itself, which is supported by these heritages.
Steiner describes how the etheric body of Zarathustra is in Moses, his astral body in Hermes and his soul in Jesus. This shows that Zarathustra is Adam Kadmon, just as Krishna was and Christ became. The Second Logos is the etheric and Buddhi, the First Logos is the material and Atma and the Third Logos is the astral and Manas, and together they are Adam Kadmon. From Steiner we know that Elijah is Adam, the First Logos, Utznapishtim, Oannes, John the Baptist. With some research we may also understand that Buddha is the First Logos, raising to make room for the Second Logos.

We shall live, then, in an earth which has become spiritual. We see how the pattern of this Jupiter period is already being prepared. We see foreshadowed how men bring with them the fruits of their earth existence.
And now we must clearly understand that all that was there before reappears in this spiritual condition on the earth, in a higher state of evolution.
Most prominent are the bearers of the spiritual currents upon which the earth is founded, and from which it has proceeded.
The bearers of these currents appear in living form. If we follow Christian tradition we shall see in Elias and Moses the personal representatives of what we found in yesterday's lecture in the two pillars.
In Christian esotericism Elias and Moses are looked upon as those who give the teachings of the two pillars.
Elias [First Logos]was the one who brought to man the knowledge and message of the one pillar, the pillar of strength, Moses [Second Logos] the one who brought the message of the pillar of wisdom.
Moses means wisdom or truth, and Elias means the directing force, that which gives the impulse — it is difficult to express the words in ordinary language.
Thus we see these two appear in the spiritualized earth and, indeed, at the stage of evolution they will then have reached.
In the Transfiguration of Christian tradition Christ appeared between Moses and Elias, and this entire procedure appears again at the end of the earth evolution in such a way that the sun, the spiritual sun of love, the manifestation of the earth mission of love appears supported by Sun-Mars, and Moon — Mercury, by Elias and Moses.
Just as yesterday we saw the two pillars which at first appear before the Initiate as the symbols of strength and wisdom, and above the sun of love, so we may now picture the evolution of the earth a stage further, and the one pillar will appear in its living nature, in its personal form, as Elias, and the other as Moses, and what is above, as the veritable Christ-principle.

In the Beginning Sophia started the creation of humanity. Sophia and her masculine part, Yaldabaoth or Anthropos, separated and Anthropos entered the path from the physical and up where Sophia entered the descending path to meet him in the soul where they unite again. Through the process they create Truth, Beauty and Love, and through Love they unite body and spirit in the soul. And this is the goal for our current æon. Anthropos and Sophia becomes Anthroposophia. They unite heaven and Earth through the Rainbow Bridge.

How it is drummed into the heads of the school children, the great progress humanity has made through the discovery of paper! But wasps had already produced paper many thousands of years ago, for what the wasps build into their nests consists of exactly the same substance as that out of which men now produce paper and it is produced by the wasp in exactly the same way — only by means of a life-process. The wasp-spirit, the group-soul of the wasps, which is a part of divine-spiritual substance, was the discoverer of paper long before men made the discovery.
The human being, in fact, always follows along groping his way behind the cosmic wisdom. ‣As a principle, all that men will discover in the course of the Earth's evolution is already present in nature.
▪️But what the human being will really give to the Earth is love, a love which will evolve from the most sensuous to the most spiritualized form of love. This is the mission of the Earth-evolution. The Earth is the cosmos of love.

▪️The mission of the earth itself is to bring love. Love is to be gloriously manifested as the result of the earth evolution. This is a very profound thought expressed by the writer of the Apocalypse. It is the profound thought underlying the whole of the earth evolution.

▪️It is just this that is the mission of the earth, which is expressed in love, that the Egos learn to confront one another freely.
Love is not perfect if it proceeds from coercion, from people being chained together, but only when each “I” is so free and independent that it need not love, is its love an entirely free gift.
➣It is the divine plan to make this “I” so independent that as an individual being in all freedom it can offer love even to God.
It would amount to man being led by strings of dependence if he could in any way be forced to love, even if only in the slightest degree.

▪️Nothing happens in the world twice; there was never the earthly existence that there is now. Earth-existence signifies the Cosmos of Love; existence on the previous planet signifies the Cosmos of Wisdom. We are to evolve love from its most elementary stage to its highest.
Wisdom rests hidden on the foundation of earth-existence. One should not speak therefore of the “lower” physical human nature, for it is really the most perfected form of man.
One should look at the wisdom-filled structure of a bone, for instance the upper thigh bone. We see there solved in the most complete way the problem of how to carry the greatest possible mass of weight with the employment of the least material and force.
▪️One should look at the marvelous structure of the heart, of the brain, The astral body does not indeed stand higher. It is the “enjoyer” which makes continual attacks on the wisdom-filled heart. It will still take a long time to become as perfect and wise as the physical body. But it must become so, for that is the course of evolution.
The physical body had to evolve too; what is wise in it had to develop out of unwisdom and error. Evolution of wisdom preceded the evolution of love; love is not yet perfected. It is to be found in the whole of nature, in plant, animal and man from the lowest sex-love to the highest spiritualised love.
Immense numbers of beings which the love-urge brought forth are destroyed in the battle for existence.
▪️Conflict is active wherever love is, the entry of love brings conflict, necessary conflict. But love will also overcome it and change conflict into harmony.

The Pillar of Love is the feminine powers descending from Atma down toward the soul, where the Pillar of Wisdom is the masculine powers ascending from the mineral. They are Sophia and Anthropos who together becomes Anthroposophia in the soul.
Let us think for a moment of what was said at the beginning of the lecture, namely that there are ascending and descending forces — forces that are ascending to the Zodiac and forces that are descending from the Zodiac.
How has man reached a position which makes it possible for something to stream from within him? What has happened to man that enables something to stream forth from him? He has reached this position because his ‘I’, after long, long preparation, has steadily unfolded and developed. This I has been in course of preparation for long, long ages.
For truth to tell, the object of all existence in the Saturn-condition, the Sun-condition and the Moon-condition when the sheaths into which the I was to be received were produced — was to prepare for the I. In those earlier conditions, other beings created the dwelling-place for the I.
Now, on the earth, the dwelling-place was at the stage where the I could take root in man [Golgotha] and from then onwards the I began to work upon the outer, bodily sheaths from within.
The fact that the ‘I’ is able to work from within has also brought about a surplus, a surplus of ascending forces; there was no longer a state of parity.
Before the ‘I’ was able to work within man, the ascending forces gradually evolved until the middle point had been reached; and when the, ‘I’ actually entered into man the ascending and the descending forces had reached the stage where they were in ‘balance.’
At the entry of the ‘I’ [I AM], the ascending [Anthropos] and the descending [Sophia] forces were in balance [Anthroposophia] and it rests with man to turn the scales in the right direction.
Sophia have, up through time, worked from above together with Anthropos who worked from below to meet on Earth through love. The masculine, Anthropos, has ascended from the physical where the feminine, Sophia, has descended from Atma. Sophia is the astral and Anthropos is the etheric. Sophia descended into the body of man, and anima and animus have fought to find each other since. The Rosicrucian Alchemical Wedding is the merge of Anthropos and Sophia, creating Anthroposophia.

"The Tree of Kabbalah is the Whole Story--the One Light descending into darkness and, after bringing the darkness conscious, its return to Light. Cain is the Son of God, the Second Logos, the etheric body that gave life to the body of Adam. He enters the physical world, are the active creator, the Word, who we also know as Yahve, Yaldabaoth, Vishnu, and many more, who develop life on Earth from the smallest cells to the human body used by Jesus.
Abel is the Son of Man, the Third Logos
who we know as Jesus, the
astral body that made man human.
Abel is the Descending female Force and Cain the Ascending masculine Force. From The Cosmic Christ and the Zodiac - Viśvákarma:
At the entry of the ‘I’ [I AM], the ascending [Anthropos] and the descending [Sophia] forces were in balance [Anthroposophia] and it rests with man to turn the scales in the right direction.
Seth is the Abel being, not as part of God, as in Krishna, but as individual(s), who give the astral body to humankind and helps humankind develop the astral body. This is the incarnation of Lucifer.
What do we know about these three, what does the tradition tell about them? Cain is the Son of God, where Abel is the Son of Man. Cain is cast down onto the Earth. The name Cain, means smith or metal smith, but resembles the verb translated as 'gotten' or 'to make'. Abel stays back, just as Rudolf Steiner says about the Nathan Jesus. The name of Abel in Hebrew is composed of the same three consonants as a root meaning "breath". Breath meaning spirit, the breath of God.
Cain is of the masculine line ascending from the physical, Anthropos, where Abel is of the feminine line descending from the spiritual, Sophia. Cain tended vegetables, the etheric principle and Abel tended sheep, animals, the astral principle.

Abel is the same as ‘pneuma’ in Greek, which means ‘spirit’, and if we look at that from the point of view of sexuality, it denotes a decidedly female character. Cain, on the other hand, means almost literally ‘the masculine,’ so that in Cain and Abel the masculine and feminine principles confront one another. Not yet on an organic level: they tend to differentiate on a spiritual level.
Now I would ask you to hold that fast in your minds. Originally mankind was male-female. Later on it was divided into a male and a female gender [the differentiation first came about in the Seth period]. The male, the more material race, was represented in Cain, the female, the more spiritual, in Abel-Seth. A differentiation has occurred. That is symbolised in the words: ‘Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.’ (Genesis 4, 2)
Krishna and Radha stands before Kali Yuga and gives the guidelines for how humanity should live under Kali Yuga. These two are the main powers behind the development on earth, the second and third logos. He is the sun god and she is the moon goddess, and they are both one and two. They work on earth through incarnations and through avatars.

From Krishna, Radha and the Holy Spirit
Krishna, is the teacher of humankind, although we often believe he’s a trickster, as we don’t understand the path our life takes. We see him also as Moses.
Steiner compares the teaching of Arjuna by Krishna with the teachings of saint Paul, and that is the same being, but with added wisdom from the Jewish path up to and including Golgotha and the Holy Spirit, but also more physical than the etheric wisdom of Krishna. When Saul have the Christ vision he gets blinded by the light of Krishna, it enters into him, he now have the wisdom of Krishna, when he can see again he sees with the understanding of Christ and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Saulus became Paulus.
A dialog from Gita Govinda about Krishna’s real purpose of being born, to establish dharma, for the soul to become an inner reality of the human being where it earlier was an outer being, hovering above. This became a reality at Golgotha, now the soul was within man and through conscience, intelligence and inspirations we can feel some of dharma's work.
First at the return of Christ in the coming years will we see karma become lighter, first now are people beginning to understand love. Radha is Love and Krishna is Wisdom and she makes him human. Together they are the teachers of love.
Radha: But some day you will leave Vrindavan?
Krishna: Yes, I have to. I will have to move towards my real purpose of being born.
Radha: What is your real purpose of being born?
Krishna: To establish `dharma’ so that right can triumph over wrong.
Radha: What was the purpose of your time spent in Vrindavan? Especially with me.
Krishna: To teach people the weapon with which they can triumph good over evil.
Radha: Which is?
Krishna: Love. Only Love can conquer everything. When you fight with Love, no one gets hurt; not even the ones you’re fighting with.
Radha: So will all your wars be fought with Love?
Krishna: I will try my best to do that. If it doesn’t work, then I may have to use other means so good can triumph over evil, but personally, I won’t lift any other weapon apart from Love and counseling; but I may encourage others to do so if all else fails.

Radha: (Radha is surprised) What will you “take” from them?
Krishna: In return for their partnerships, I will “take” from them, their most painful & difficult karma.
Radha: What kind of painful & difficult karma?
Krishna: Pain, sadness, loneliness, grief, poverty… anything. And I’ll replace it with love.
Krishna: I will take brunt of their most difficult karma, so they can lead a good life. I will make their life easier.

From Krishna and Radha as Teacher’s of Love
A dialog from Gita Govinda is telling that each person has two parts, an astral part, Radha and an etheric part, Krishna, that they are searching for the other part. Love is the power that make them find each other, and it’s their task to learn humankind to love, as it’s the only way to find the other part. Radha is the Astral part, the Pillar of Love and Krishna is the Etheric part, the Pillar of Wisdom. So when he teach love its really Radha in him who teaches, as he alone is only wisdom.
Krishna: “When two souls are united, the difference of the other or second vanishes; so if we are but one soul, then why do you wish for marriage?”
Radha: “Right now I see no difference between me and the others; everyone thinks you belong to them; so how does that set me apart?”
Krishna: “There are hundred Gopis who search for me
every day; who wish to be with me; but you’re the only one I search for,
and wish to be with; does that not set you apart?”
Radha: “No, it does not; because you seem eager to accept the Love of every Gopi, not just mine; I have no proof I’m apart from others.”
Krishna: “I am eager to accept the Love of not just every Gopi, but every Gwala, and every other creature that wants to shower me with love.
Can’t you see Radha, that is the purpose why I am here; to fill every living soul with Love; to teach every creature to Love. I cannot reject any Love that is offered to me; Love requires both strength and courage. It requires courage to profess Love; Love that is professed and accepted gives strength.
Courage and strength will help every living being to endure the highs and lows of life. By encouraging living beings to profess their love to me, I gift them courage; by accepting their love, I gift them strength
If every Radha has to find her Krishna, and every Krishna His Radha, they have to start somewhere, with someone.
I am that Beginning; by learning to love me, and feeling that they are loved in return, I take every Gopi and Gwala as every other creature one step forward towards their own Krishnas and Radhas.
If I were to reject their Love, then they would never have the courage to ever profess Love to anyone again, then how would they ever find and unite, with their own Krishnas and Radhas?”
Radha: “Even if I were to accept what you are saying Krishna, how does it prevent you from marrying me, if it is important to me? What is it that prevents you from marrying me?
Krishna: “Because, we are but one soul; marriage is to unite two souls; we are one soul split into two; we are simply part of the other.”
Radha: “If we are but one soul split into two, then Krishna, then you should not have a problem offering me marriage.”
Krishna: “Now you are speaking from Ego; Ego divides; you are seeing us as two separate entities; speak from Love and you’ll see we were one.”
Krishna, Moses, Sct Paul and Goethe are immune to the Luciferic, it means that they have a fully developed Manas/spirit self, meaning that they are Manas bearers. Krishna is often depicted dancing on the heads of snakes, the symbol of the seven inner planets and of Shiva, meaning he is not vulnerable by the Luciferic. This is the astral, but he has Radha in him, the purified astral, Manas.

Let us suppose that in olden times there was a man who, in the truest sense of the words, had brought Manas to expression within him, who had certainly in himself experienced Ahamkara, but had allowed this
as an individual element to retire more into the background and on account of his external activity had cultivated Manas; then according to the laws of the older, smaller, human cycles — and only quite exceptional men
could have experienced this — such a man would have had to be a great law-giver, a leader of great masses of people.
And one would not have been satisfied to designate him in the same way as other men, but would have called him after his prominent characteristic, a Manas-bearer; whereas another might only be called a senses-bearer.
One would have said: That is a Manas-bearer, he is a Manu. When we come across designations pertaining to those olden times, we must take them as descriptive of the most prominent principle of a man's human organisation, that which most strongly expressed itself in him in that particular incarnation.
Suppose that in a particular man what was most specially expressed was that he felt divine inspiration within him, that he had put aside all question of ruling his actions and studies by what the external world teaches through the senses and by what reason teaches through the brain, but listened instead in all things to the Divine Word which spoke to him, and made himself a messenger for the Divine Substance that spoke out of him!

When Moses stays by Jethro in Midian, it sounds as if we are in the spiritual world. That Jethro has seven daughters is also pointing in that direction. My guess is that he represents Lucifer. The Druce of Libanon says that they are ancestors of Jethro, and that sounds right as many other religions in the region, like the Yazidis in the Kurdish region of Northern Iraq, believe in Lucifer. The Manichean religion was of the Holy Spirit, the transformed Luciferic, and which precisely spread over the belt of Luciferic religions from Middle East to China, following in the steps of Alexander the Great.
Jethro introduces a juridical system within Israel, and this is also the Luciferic, the third logos, as we later find in Rome.
The normal story is that Moses protected Jethro’s daughters from shepherds who did not allow them and their sheep access to the local well. For this Jethro gave his daughter Zipporah to Moses. The well is the purified etheric, Buddhi, water and life, the sustainer of reality. The women are the giver of the water, Buddhi, representing Sophia. The shepherds, who steal the water from the women, are the wild astral principle that hinders the purified astral principle to get unified with the etheric.
When Moses left for Egypt Zipporah had to stay back in Midian, which reminds of Radha who had to stay in Vrindavan when Krishna left for the earth. They met again after the Exodus.
Zipporah and Moses had two sons, Gershom and Eliezer. Moses has promised Jethro that the firstborn should be an idol believer, but when an angel attacked Moses, Zipporah quickly circumcised the son and thereby abates the threat. She transformed the Luciferic to Manas. Gershom, means ‘a traveller, or someone in a foreign place’. Eliezer, means ‘my God is my help’.
Talmud says, in the Nedarim Treaty (32a), that the angel took the form of a snake, the symbol of the Luciferic, and swallowed him starting from the head to the hips, then rejected him and swallowed him again starting from the feet. Zipporah saved Moses from the Luciferic, she was the purified Astral that was invulnerable to Lucifer, invulnerable to the serpent.
But she had to stay in Midian as he walked out on God's errand, the human body wasn't ready for a purified astral body. It is said that Moses pleaded with Jethro to follow him, but it wasn't possible yet. Jethro is converted to God by the wonders Moses God showed. He had sympathized with Amalek, who I believe represents Ahriman, but changed allegiance when he saw the way the wind blew.
It was thanks to Zipporah's kindness, courage, and sacrifice that Moses could fulfill his role, her purified astral in him, his Manas.

We are next told that one of the daughters of Jethro married Moses; this means that within his soul one of these forces became especially active, so much so indeed, that owing to its influence it became for a long period a dominating power in human evolution, reducing all other soul-forces to a unified Soul-'I'.
Moses was characterized by being immune to snakes, to the Luciferic, just as Krishna, St Paul and Goethe, it was the purified astral of Zipporah, he was a Manas Bearer. Zipporah corresponds to Radha.
I believe Zipporah is of the Abel line, the shepherds, where Moses is of the Cain line. The Abel line cannot incarnate from the start, but they may begin incarnating when Seth starts incarnating, the Luciferic incarnation.
The difference between the Cain and the Abel line is that the consciousness is centered in the astral body/Manas for the Abel line and in the etheric body/Buddhi for the Cain line.
Abel is the feminine principle, Sophia, who descended from above, while Cain is the masculine principle, Anthropos, ascending from below, and today are meeting in Anthroposophia. See The Cosmic Christ and the Zodiac - Viśvákarma
From Enki, Enkidu and Gilgamesh.
Enkidu is an ego-less being until he learns the ways of Gilgamesh, but with highly developed spiritual faculties as also Abel has, but Gilgamesh and Cain hadn't. Enkidu may be the most Luciferic being on Earth where Gilgamesh may be the most Ahrimanic, together they create the equilibrium. Gilgamesh as an etheric being is from the old Sun, where Enkidu as an astral being is from the old Moon, and therefore he is an æon younger than Gilgamesh.
”Eabani is a kind of human being who, in comparison with Gilgamish,
seems to be
of an inferior nature, for we are told that he was clothed in the skins of
animals, was covered with hair, was like a wild man. Nevertheless in his wild
nature there was divine Inspiration, ancient clairvoyance, clairvoyant
knowledge, clairvoyant perception.
…
Eabani is depicted as being clothed in skins of animals. This is an indication
of his wild nature; but because of this very wildness he is still endowed with
ancient clairvoyance on the one hand, and on the other hand he is a young soul
who has lived through far, far fewer incarnations than other souls who have
reached a high level of development.
Thus Gilgamish represents a being who was ready for initiation but was not able to attain it, for the journey to the West is the journey to an initiation that was not carried through to the end.”
There is a much overlooked aspect of a very important woman who teaches Enkidu to become human, Shamhat, she creates an ego within him, gives him the apple of Paradise, gives him wisdom, and I believe she is the I AM entering him.
Shamhat meets Enkidu at the watering-hole where all the wild animals gather; she offers herself to him and he submits, instantly losing his strength and wildness, but he gains understanding and knowledge.
Shamhat is an I AM and an expression of Inanna, of Sophia, into the astral or Manas of Enkidu, and in reality, into mankind as this is world fate. No mere human could transform an Avatar. The mother of Gilgamesh, I think, may be Sophia, Buddhi.
Atlas was a titan condemned to hold up the celestial heavens for eternity after the War of the Titans. Atlas was skilled in philosophy, mathematics, and astronomy and in antiquity, he was said to have invented the first celestial sphere, even with the invention of astronomy itself. The "Atlantic Ocean" is derived from "Sea of Atlas" and Atlantis means the Islands of Atlas. Following Plato, the first king of Atlantis was named Atlas, and was a son of Poseidon and the woman Cleito. With heaven on his shoulders he became an embodiment of the celestial axis around which the heavens revolve, the Second Logos, the Pillar of Wisdom.

Atlas is the Second Logos with Cosmos on his shoulders, the Zodiac with the twelve star signs, but without Sophia, the Third Logos, without the Astral body. He is like Gilgamesh before Enkidu/Eabani or Moses before Zipporah or Krishna without Radha.
Hercules and Athena is the incarnated Second Logos with the not yet incarnated Third Logos, but helping him through the astral body. Hercules Twelve Labors is the Second Logos preparation to add the Astral body, Sophia, the Third Logos. These Twelve Labors we also have in the story of Gilgamesh.
In one myth Atlas is turned into stone, when the etheric Earth have become fully coated with the physical. This is the death of Krishna, the End of Dreamtime, the end of the Second Deed of Christ.
Perseus arrives in Atlas' Kingdom and asks for shelter, declaring he is a son of Zeus. Atlas, fearful of a prophecy which warned him of a son of Zeus stealing his golden apples from his garden, he refuses Perseus hospitality. Atlas is then turned into the Atlas mountains by Perseus.
In another myth Hercules wanted the help of Atlas to steal the golden apples from Hera's garden. The Three Hesperides of Hera's garden is the three incarnations of Sophia, and they tend the apple trees, the tree's of good and evil. Here he gets the astral body, enters the Third Deed of Christ, becomes human.
One of Hercules Twelve Labours was to steal some of the golden apples from Hera's garden, tended by Atlas' daughters, the Hesperides or Atlantides, guarded by the dragon Ladon. Hercules went to Atlas and offered to hold up the heavens while Atlas got the apples from his daughters. When returning with the apples, Atlas tried to trick Hercules into carrying the sky forever by offering to deliver the apples himself. Hercules pretended to agree to the offer, asking only that Atlas take the sky again for a few minutes so he could rearrange his cloak as padding on his shoulders. When Atlas took the heavens upon his shoulders again, Hercules took the apples and ran away.
There are variations where Hercules gets the golden apples without the help of Atlas. Atlas is also known under the Etruscan name Aril, meaning go-between. See Etruscan Myth, Sacred History, and Legend.
In some myth, Hercules instead built the two great Pillars of Hercules to hold the sky away from the earth, liberating Atlas just as he liberated Prometheus. This is the Two Pillars of the Mercury period, the Second and Third Logos.
In Robert Graves' The Greek Myths, it says that the Pelasgians believed the creator goddess Eurynome gave Atlas and Phoebe the moon to govern.
Hercules, or Hēraklês, means Glory/Pride of Hēra, Hercules was the greatest of Hellenic chthonic heroes, he was both hero and god, a demi-god. He was the Second Logos incarnating into the physical world, with the help of the Third Logos, and it's signified with his name, the Glory of Hera, she is his astral body making him human. When he enters the physical his thinking is distorted by the chaos of the world, but through her help he creates order in the world. This is what lies behind the description of Hera's and his complicated relation.
The Second Logos worked from within the world in the Mars æon, the reason why Odysseus encounters Hercules in Hades:
And next I caught a glimpse of powerful Heracles— His ghost I mean: the man himself delights in the grand feasts of the deathless gods on high ... Around him cries of the dead rang out like cries of birds scattering left and right in horror as on he came like night ...
Hercules was worshipped by some as god and hero, where others only worshipped him as hero. The cult was sustained as he was recognized as the same in his wanderings on the Earth. His iconographic attributes are the lion skin, the symbol for the Second Logos.
